RATES:

• Rates quoted in Canadian Dollars -- Link to cash converter
• For stays in excess of one week, additional days will be prorated at the weekly rate.
• Rates are based on double occupancy (no taxes charged).
  • NOTE: Boatbuilder's Cottage is an open-concept design with a single loft bedroom,
    and as such is most suitable for couples.

RESERVATIONS:

Reservations are secured by a 50% deposit at time of booking. Forms of deposit accepted: money order or personal cheque (Canadian or US funds).

note:

Payments in US $ will be converted to Canadian by the Bank at time of receipt, and the calculated amount deducted from the final bill upon checkout.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Hi-Season & Shoulder Season:
Deposits fully refunded for cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival date. In the event a cancellation is made with less than 30 days notice, deposits will be held until the cottage can be rebooked for your original dates. We will work our hardest to fill your dates so that your deposit can be refunded, however, we cannot guarantee a rebooking.

Off Season:
All deposits are fully refundable provided that cancellations are made 2 weeks prior to scheduled arrival.


OTHER BOOKING INFORMATION:

• Check in time - 3:00 PM
• Check out time - 10:00 AM
  • In consideration of incoming guests, normal checkout time is 10:00 AM. However, depending
    upon their arrival schedule, we will do our best to accommodate later departures.
• No pets please
• Non-smoking
